LIVE TO RIDE (CHAPS)

Your made-to-measure custom order includes the selected piece created to your submitted measurements or sizing details. This may include items such as hats, gloves, chaps, belts, corsets, accessories, or other individual custom pieces. Each item is handmade and finished as a standalone design unless otherwise stated.

Standard production time is 3–4 weeks from confirmed measurements and deposit payment. Timelines may vary during peak periods, during high order volume, or depending on the complexity of the design selected. Rush production may be available on request, subject to scheduling and additional fees.

As all custom pieces are made-to-measure, fittings will be arranged where required depending on the product, design, and fit requirements. Minor sizing adjustments may be possible after delivery where practical. Design revisions, style changes, or structural alterations after production has begun are not included.

Pricing for single element products is quoted individually based on the selected design. Final pricing may vary depending on sizing, complexity, materials, embellishment level, requested extras, and shipping destination.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and production slot. The remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch.
