Everything at JUG is packed and shipped by one human (hi, it’s me — Lora) from a small corner of Scotland. I do my best to get your gear out quickly, but as a one-person show, I appreciate your patience — especially during busy drops.

Processing Time

Please allow 4–7 working days for your order to be packed and shipped.
During product drops or periods of high demand, dispatch times may be longer. I’ll always do my best to keep you updated.

UK Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £100

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the UK.

  • Delivery times vary, typically 5–14 working days after dispatch

  • All international orders are sent with tracking

  • Customs duties and import fees (where applicable) are the customer’s responsibility

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Pre-orders & Handmade Items

Items marked as pre-order or handmade may take longer to dispatch.
Estimated lead times will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or has gone missing, email needaspot@jug.com with your order number. I’ll do my best to investigate and resolve the issue.

While I can’t be held responsible for courier delays, I’m committed to providing support and helping make things right.

Initiate the conversation. Once your direction is clear, get in touch. Availability, scope, and suitability are confirmed before moving forward.

Step 4 - Make It Happen

The work begins. Pattern, construction, fitting, and refinement are carried out with precision, resulting in a finished piece aligned with the original intent.
