Returns & Exchanges

We’re a small batch brand, so returns aren’t unlimited — but we want you to be happy with your gear. If something doesn’t fit, feel right, or you just changed your mind, here’s how we handle it.

How long do I have to return?

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
This helps us manage limited stock and keep things moving.

What can be returned?

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached

• Free from chalk, pet hair, and post-send wear

• Returned in the original packaging, if possible

You’ll also need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is perfect).

How do I start a return?

Email needaspot@jug.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the address.
We don’t currently cover return postage unless we’ve made a mistake or your item is faulty.

Important: We recommend using tracked shipping — we can’t issue refunds for returns that go missing in transit.

Damaged or wrong item?

Let us know as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We’ll make it right, no drama.

What can't be returned?

We don’t accept returns on:

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Custom, handmade, or made-to-order pieces

• Anything marked as final sale

These pieces are created in limited runs — so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Exchanges

We can’t hold stock or guarantee availability for exchanges.
The best option is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order in your preferred size or colour.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you're in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must still meet the return conditions above.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
